Our service provider or your own
Use the accredited service provider we work with, and we arrange the connection for you. If you have already appointed a provider, Fiscal can connect to yours with the details it gives you.
From 2027, businesses in the UAE must send their invoices to other businesses as structured e-invoices through an accredited service provider. Fiscal does this from the invoices you already issue, and Exler Vision sets it up for you.
The UAE electronic invoicing system is set by Ministerial Decisions No. 243 and No. 244 of 2025 and run by the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
The dates depend on your annual revenue. The Ministry of Finance has said no further extensions will be given.
| Who | Appoint a service provider by | E-invoicing required from |
|---|---|---|
| Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more | 30 October 2026 | 1 January 2027 |
| Businesses with revenue below AED 50 million | 31 March 2027 | 1 July 2027 |
| Government entities | 31 March 2027 | 1 October 2027 |
Any business may start voluntarily before its date; the pilot and voluntary use began on 1 July 2026. Penalties apply once your date has passed, for example AED 5,000 for each month without e-invoicing or an appointed service provider, and AED 100 for each e-invoice or credit note sent late.
You keep working the way you do today. Fiscal does the rest when you save an invoice.
Create a tax invoice or credit note in Fiscal as usual, with your TRN, the customer's TRN and VAT at 5%.
Fiscal turns it into a PINT AE e-invoice with the codes the UAE format needs.
Fiscal sends it to the accredited service provider, which delivers it to your customer on Peppol and reports it to the FTA.
You see the status of every e-invoice. Anything rejected waits in the E-Invoice Queue to be corrected and sent again.

No. Fiscal is your accounting and ERP software. It prepares the e-invoices and sends them through an accredited service provider, as the UAE rules require.
Not for B2B and B2G sales once e-invoicing applies to you. The invoice must be sent as a structured e-invoice through a service provider. You can still print or email a copy for your customer.
Not for now. The mandate covers business-to-business and business-to-government sales. Fiscal keeps issuing normal tax invoices for retail sales.
Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more from 1 January 2027, smaller businesses from 1 July 2027, and government entities from 1 October 2027. You need a service provider before that (see the deadlines above).
