Van center and van monitor
In the office, the Van Center checks each van's days and cash, and the Van Monitor shows where the vans are and which customers they have visited.
Van Center
Open Inventory›Van Center and select a van. Its day sessions are listed with the business date, opened and closed times, status, cash expected and the variance between the cash expected and handed in.
- Report opens the day's report.
- Reopen reopens a closed day, for example to correct a sale, with a reason. It clears the recorded cash collection and variance, so the driver must close it again. A day can't be reopened once a later day exists for that van.
Van Monitor
Open Reports›Van Monitor to see every van on a map.
- Live (the default) updates by itself. Choose a business date to see the history of that day instead.
- Each van shows whether it is moving, stopped or offline, its sales and invoice count, the visits made out of the route's customers, km driven, stops, and money received.
- Select a van to see its km driven, time moving and stopped, stops, sales and money received. Show trail draws its path, Replay plays the day back, Follow keeps the map on it, the Timeline lists what happened, and Customers shows the route customers visited.
- Route customers are marked Visited or To visit. Customers need a saved location to appear.
Search by van, plate or driver, and filter by status.
