The sales reports answer who bought what, from whom, when and where, and how it changes from month to month.

| Sales Summary | Sales, discounts, tax and returns by day, week, month, quarter or year. |
| Sales by Customer | Invoiced sales, returns and net sales for each customer, ranked. |
| Sales by Item | Quantity sold, average price, returns and net sales for each item. |
| Sales by Item Category | Net sales for each item category. |
| Sales by Salesperson | Invoiced sales, returns and net sales for each salesperson. |
| Sales by Branch | Net sales for each branch. |
Invoices, returns and receipts
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Invoice Details | Every invoice with its totals, amount paid, balance due and days overdue. |
| Sales Return History | Credit notes issued, with the source invoice and the unused credit. |
| Payments Received | Customer payments with the mode, deposit account and unused amount. |
| Cancelled Invoices | Invoices cancelled in the period, with the reason, who created them and who cancelled them. |
Monthly trends
Six reports put the months side by side, with an arrow showing the change against the previous month or the same month last year: by item (value or quantity), category, sub category, customer (spot customers buying more, less or not at all), salesperson and branch.
